The company specializes in the business of Biometric Solutions and Identity Security Systems, Data Automation Solutions and Hardware and Software Technologies Productions and Supplies. 

It has a proven track record of many years in the business of providing biometric solutions for forensic database management systems, and is one of the best in integrating, customizing and interfacing biometric applications for security and identification systems.

The company has also been engaged in the business of importing, exporting, distribution and supply of materials, products and commodities for industrial and commercial use in consonance with its mandate as reflected in the Memorandum of Association.

File Solutions has gained international recognition and aquintances over the years as a result of several projects it has implemented within and outside Nigeria in various fields.

The company’s varied and many years of experience as a player in the Nigeria business space has given it an edge in its relations both within the various levels of government and in the organized private sector.

File Solutions Ltd. was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission on the 5th of Feb, 1993 and is located at No 160, 4th Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja Federal Capital Territory.

The company is a sister company of Simplepay Technology Limited (formerly Cards Technology Ltd.) that was part of the team that pioneered the driving and implementation of electronic payment card scheme with the Mastercard brand in Nigeria.

More so, its prevailing affiliation to Cards Technology was responsible for the driving and acquisition of ATM machines and transaction switching for eight big banks in Nigeria in the early 2000s.
